Dear students: Starting from today, except for those applying for retroactive leave of absence or those with project-approved extended leave, all other leave and withdrawal applications will be processed through the electronic form. Paper applications will no longer be accepted.
If you wish to take a leave of absence, please follow these steps before using the electronic form:
1. Submit the Leave of Absence Survey form via email to the Specialized Class Office at gpts@my.nthu.edu.tw as an attachment.
2. Please contact your advisor and class instructor via email to explain the reasons for your leave and request their signatures on the electronic form.
